About the Company
Property Claims Direct Ltd (PCD Ltd) Insurance Loss Assessors was established in September 2001. Property Claims Direct evolved from the merging of an Engineering Consultancy (Herr Engineering) and Bruce Shaw, the largest firm of quantity Surveyors and Project Managers in Ireland.
We now have Building Surveyors between our Swords, Dundalk & Limerick offices and, ever expanding, we are nationwide including Northern Ireland.
Property Claims Direct offer services for both residential and commercial customers. We help in most conceivable instances of domestic property damages including Storm, Frost, Flooding, Water, Lightning, Fire & Smoke, Burglary, Riot and Civil Commotion, Roof Leaks, Plumbing Leaks (shower pipes etc), Fallen Trees, Impact by Vehicles, Oil Leaks and even Earthquakes & Subsidence.
